By accessing NectaLink, you agree to these terms. NectaLink provides a senior care matching platform connecting families with care communities.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.
3. Family Users
Family accounts are free. You may search, compare, and message facilities. Care assessments and documents you upload remain under your control.
4. Facility Operators
Facility accounts require a subscription. Listing information must be accurate and current. Misleading listings may result in account suspension.
5. Privacy & Data
Medical documents are encrypted end-to-end. NectaLink staff cannot access document contents. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Limitation of Liability
NectaLink facilitates connections between families and facilities. We do not provide medical advice or guarantee care quality.
